Washing

How long does it take to create my custom piece?
Total time is typically 10-15 business days: 3-5 days for our artists to hand-draw your design, 5-7 days for embroidery, and 3-5 days for shipping (US).
What image formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 1000px wide) with good lighting and clear details.
Can you embroider any photo?
Our artists can work with most photos, but images with clear subjects, good contrast, and minimal background work best. We'll contact you if we need a different photo.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush processing is available for an additional $25 and reduces total time to 7-10 business days. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to love your custom piece! If there's an issue with quality or our error, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
